UMM SCJ Pres presents Bishop Merrill

South Central Texas Bishop Linda Merrill was elected on the first ballot & is assigned to Arkansas Annual Conference. SCJ UMM President Chuck McGarity participated in the presentation of a custom made Crosier to the newly elected Bishop in a ceremony in Austin Texas.
